I loved this book so much!! Clean urban fantasy is such a fun genre, and I always feel like I’ve struck gold in a mine when I read one that I absolutely adore. This book is a treasure! Cammie is my kindred spirit heroine. She loves books, has delightful bookish thoughts, wears cardigans and comfy clothes, and feels so relatable in personality. Sadly I don’t like tea, but Cammie makes me wish I did. She also makes me wish I could have a fae dragon as a companion, because Darcy is the cutest! Also, I have to mention Nic. I love his personality, as well as his banter and his interactions with Cammie! Their relationship is a slow burn, and I am so here for it!! I am still a melted puddle from reading their almost-kiss scene because it was perfectly swoonworthy! Found family is one of my favorite tropes, and I adore the found family in this book. Each character feels so unique and real, and I wish that I could jump into the book and join them all for one of their movie nights. Also, if I could do that, I would have to sample some of Josephine’s baked goods. Their descriptions made me so hungry! Actually, speaking of that, this is the kind of book where the reader should have their own baked treats ready to be enjoyed, as well as a favorite flavor of tea ready to go for the tea drinking readers. You can thank me later. 😉 I could keep gushing about this book for a very long time, but I suppose I’ll stop there. This is a must read for people who enjoy stories with bookish heroines, dragon shifters, humor, swoonworthy moments, intriguing plots, and a setting that feels like it leaps off the page and invites the reader to join the characters. I absolutely love it, and am completely obsessed at this point! I voluntarily read and reviewed a copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Bookwyrms is my new favorite Urban Fantasy Series. Lopez once again brings a large, diverse cast that is easy to keep separate because they feel real, vibrant and are so independently interesting. Not to mention I feel like the FMC with my love of books and I adore the MMC. I cannot wait for book 2! All the fun, action, attraction and excitement one could ask without the dark and dreary! I love it. What a fun world.

Hooooooo boy. Did I have any doubts that dear Ms. Lopez could jump subgenres from high fantasy to urban fantasy and do it spectaculary? NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT!!! But was I expecting to find a book boyfriend from her that rivaled my love for my sweet, snarky, beautiful Liam?? You bet your sweet buttons I was ABSOLUTELY NOT!! But...gorgeous, enigmatic billionaire that has a soft spot for misfits and lives in a literal castle? Yeah...sign me up!! 😍 My favorite thing about this enemies-ish to something-else, slow-burn, book-centric, not-quite-sure-yet-that-it's romance-because-he's-my-BOSS-and-there's-like-stuff story is that there is a miscommunication trope, which is common in romance and I typically don't care for it...but in this case, it is done in a way where even though they have issues with finding out secrets about each other and there is mistrust, they *GASP!* SIT DOWN AND TALK ABOUT THEIR CONCERNS LIKE ACTUAL GROWN ADULTS! (after a little persuasion, but still). This book has it all--a very relatable FMC with family issues and an adorable tiny dragon, a gorgeous and mysterious MMC, found family galore, puns, bookish reference out the wazoo, political intrigue, action, no-spice romance, and, did I mention TINY DRAGONS?!?!? Constance is one of my many auto-buy authors, and this is just another reason why.

How do I even begin to describe how much I love this book? It's not even out yet, and I've already read it AT LEAST a handful of times. This magical version of our world with this huge cast of absolutely fantastic characters brings me so much life every time I read it. This book continued the story from the first in such a perfect way! While I may be a bit upset about the cliffhanger, I have full confidence that Constance will make everything okay in the best way, and it'll all be worth it. I really really really love this story, these characters, and absolutely everything about this series! If you are looking for urban fantasy with a varied cast of characters, cozy vibes, humor, and so much heart, this one is an absolute must-read! Just make sure you clear your calendar first because there's no putting it down once you start!

OMG this one was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! I absolutely ADORE all of Constance's fantasy stories, but this one is a bit different being urban fantasy. That absolutely did not stop me from devouring it in one day because it's so impossible to put down! It's magical and intriguing and wonderful and wholesome and all the good things! And it still somehow (magically, I suspect) keeps the charm and cozy vibes that all of her other books have, despite being so different setting-wise. I absolutely adore all of the characters, and the huge cast of side characters that are all just one big found family is my absolute favorite! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this one. I'll be reading it over and over again, just like all of her others books, for sure! If you like wholesome and exciting stories with a huge focus on found family, dragons, magic, nerdy references, and all the cozy vibes, this story is an absolute must read!

Out now! Bookwyrm Acquisitions, book one of the Book Hoard Collective, by Constance Lopez. Bookwyrm Acquisitions marks Ms. Lopez's first foray into Urban Fantasy...and she does it with *flair*. This was such an incredibly cozy read, while still having a good amount of action, banter, and a wee bit of swoon. There are tiny dragons, handsome billionaires, and books. So many books. I loved this book from start to finish- perfect for fans of KM Shea, Brittany Fichter, and Kenley Davidson.
