PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical books take 3-7 days to process. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive email updates as to the status of your order once it has shipped!

Ebooks and audiobooks are not eligible for returns nor refunds.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

For physical products, please reach out to constance@constancelopez.com within 30 days for a full refund. If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
